Email cczusyh@gmail.com. Writing in English, 日本語 or 简体中文 is fine.

Because the app has no server and collects no data, we cannot look up your account or your progress from here — there is nothing for us to look at. Tell us your iPhone model and iOS version, and a screenshot helps a lot.

Before you write

• Reviews stopped appearing? Open the Today tab; the schedule releases what is due for today. If everything is already answered, nothing is queued until tomorrow.
• Lost progress? Your data lives in one file inside the app's own storage on the device. Reinstalling the app removes it, and iCloud does not hold a copy — the app never uploads anything.
• No pronunciation audio? Check Settings → Pronunciation is on, and that the device is not in silent mode. Audio is produced by iOS itself.
• A card looks wrong? Every entry comes from the public JMdict dictionary record cited in Settings → Word source; send the card's word and we can trace it back.

• 出題が来ない日は、今日は既に答え終わった日です。翌日にまた出ます。
• 学習記録は端末内の 1 ファイルのみ。アプリを削除すると消え、iCloud には残りません（通信しないため）。
• 発音が出ない場合は設定 → 発音 が ON か、端末のマナーモードを確認してください。

• 今天没题：说明今日排期已答完，明天会再出。
• 进度只有一个本机文件；删除应用即清除，iCloud 不会备份（应用不联网）。
• 没有发音：先在「设置」里确认发音已开启，再看是否处于静音模式。
